Victory Christian Life Ministries was started in July 1997by Pastor David Mukasa. This came after God’s direction to a place that was bound physically, spiritually and financially, with an objective of delivering lives from the hold of the enemy evidenced through a lot of witchcraft. Pastor David began with eight people.
